Raintree Student Living – Booking Process

Our booking process is designed to be simple and transparent, ensuring you can secure your new home with ease and confidence.

  1. Explore & Inquire (探索与咨询)
    • Browse our available rooms and locations on our website.
    • Found a favourite? Submit an online enquiry form or contact us via WhatsApp/Email. Our team will confirm availability and answer all your questions.
  2. Virtual Tour & Offer (线上看房与报价)
    • We will arrange a live virtual tour via video call so you can see the room in real-time.
    • If you’re satisfied, we will email you a formal Booking Offer with all details: room type, price, move-in date, and terms.
  3. Sign Agreement & Pay (签署协议与付款)
    • Review and digitally sign the Tenancy Agreement.
    • Pay the required Security Deposit and First Month’s Rent via our secure payment link (bank transfer / PayPal).
  4. Booking Confirmed! (预订确认!)
    • Once payment is received, your booking is officially secured!
    • You will receive a Booking Confirmation Email with a receipt and your move-in guide.
  5. Move-In Welcome (欢迎入住)
    • Prior to your move-in date, we will coordinate the key collection time.
    • On the day, our friendly team will welcome you, hand over the keys, and ensure you settle in smoothly.
